Ding Changfeng

Ding Changfeng served as vice president of China Vanke Co., Ltd. On February 15, 2001, the fourth meeting of Vanke’s 11th board of directors considered and approved a motion to appoint Ding Changfeng and Chen Zhiping as vice presidents; on the same day the meeting also considered matters including Yao Mumin’s resignation as president and the appointment of Yu Liang as president, and announcements of the relevant resolutions were published on February 16, 2001 in China Securities Journal, Securities Times and Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post.

According to an interview with Guo Jun published in the Economic Observer in April 2002, Ding Changfeng graduated from the Department of International Politics at Peking University, the same department as Wu Chong, and was then serving as vice president of the Vanke Group; Guo Jun said that Ding Changfeng and others had made great contributions to Vanke’s development.
