SF Express

S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. is a Chinese express delivery and logistics services company. According to a November 2017 report by the Economic Observer, SF Express was listed as one of the well-known companies with ties to Vanke’s logistics real estate business. Vanke explained that its idea was that after logistics customers moved onto Vanke’s warehousing platform, the customers’ employees could live in Vanke’s long-term rental apartments; this “move-in-ready expansion” model had already been put into practice, and Vanke and SF Express had previously signed a similar strategic agreement.
